People feel in the dark these days. It makes them negative and depressed. The nasty thing about it is that the more you focus on the dark, the more you get of it.
In today’s balance we open up to the light. It enhances our happiness hormones and makes good sleep possibile in which we heal, rejuvenate and re-energize.
